I recently had the opportunity to visit Sony Music Latin at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, where I sat down with Julio Caesar to discuss his new album, Projectando.
As part of a press interview, I had the chance to ask Julio a few questions about his latest project, his vision for the music industry, and what he hopes to accomplish in the future.
One of the first questions I asked was:
"If you could change one thing about the music industry to better benefit artists, what would it be?"
As the industry continues to evolve, it's always insightful to hear directly from artists about the changes they believe would create more opportunities and better support for creators.
I also wanted to learn more about the inspiration behind his new album.
Why did you choose the title Projectando?
Every project has a story, and Julio shared the meaning behind the album's title and what it represents in this stage of his career.

Who would you like to collaborate with in the future?
Collaborations often become defining moments in an artist's journey, and it was exciting to hear about the artists who inspire him.
Finally, being based in Southern California, I couldn't leave without asking:
Do you see yourself performing at Coachella one day?
For many artists, performing at Coachella is a career milestone, and Julio shared his thoughts on what reaching that stage would mean to him.
